Eyes on Service
Provides proactive monitoring for your network, servers and workstations focusing on connectivity and capacity notifying you of potential issues.
Hands on Service
Provides a wider range of proactive monitoring as well as scheduled, timely patching of your network, servers and workstations to allow the SYDNIC team to quickly identify and respond to potential issues.
White Glove Service
Provides advanced level managed services in addition to access to our service team for break/fix of any endpoints in the agreement. 7x24x365 as well as environmental assessment/reporting with our service manager to provide a detailed analysis of your environment.
